The rent is $350/mo for one person or $450/mo for two people.

All it takes to move in is that we all feel comfortable and pro-rated rent for the month.

Washer/Dryer are available.

You can share refrigerator and cabinets in kitchen, or keep your stuff in your room.

One of the room mates (”House Mom”) pays for the DirectTV and the internet service – it is NOT included in the rent. It IS available as long as you don’t piss her off.

If you don’t feel at home, then this isn’t the place for you.

There is one bathroom shared by 4 bedrooms.

2 large dogs and a bird who have reign of the house.  If you don’t want them in your room -  close the door.

There is very minimal traffic (company) in the house.  It’s reasonably quiet, day and night, with the exception of normal daily living (at least what WE consider normal daily living).

If you want your privacy, and like to stay in your room – we respect that, as we also expect the same.

Residence include single men, single women and couples. We are all over the age of 35.

You may have guests as long as their presence is not intrusive or problematic.

Periodic overnight guests are welcome; Max of 3 nights per month.

Additional house rules do apply, but are basically – don’t piss off the “house mom” and clean up after yourself.

Recovering hard drug addicts are welcome – but you CAN’T USE and live here – we will not tolerate it.

ABSOLUTELY NO HARD LIQUOR alcohics. Like your beers, and can behave in a civil manner, we’re all cool with that.

One last thing – if a lot of other people find you intolerable, we probably will too – if you have to “try” to fit in, you probably won’t.
