I was sent this email today, from an agent at Keller Williams Realty Bellingham.
My personal interpretation is that the suggestion is that Bellingham landlords will be required to pay $1500 + $150 per dwelling unit/yr (for inspections?).
Of course, this will be passed on to the tenants.
